Main Bathroom
This project focused on transforming the family bathroom into a contemporary, light-filled sanctuary that blends Scandinavian simplicity with earthy design elements. The goal was to create a space that meets the family’s daily needs while also offering an inviting and aesthetically pleasing retreat.
The existing layout remained unchanged, but our focus was on making smarter design choices to enhance the perception of space. Key functional requirements drove our decisions, including removing the bath to install a larger, more accessible shower. Incorporating a power point into the vanity and opting for a paddle mixer for the tapware were essential for practicality and ease of use. Adding a large round mirror was a strategic choice to bounce natural light throughout the room.
In terms of design aesthetic, we embraced a blend of Scandinavian simplicity and earthy charm. A minimalistic and understated colour palette was maintained to achieve a clean and uncluttered look, complemented by warmer greige floor tiles that added comfort and sophistication.
The transformation resulted in a bathroom that feels spacious and welcoming, with increased natural light and updated features that meet the demands of a busy family. By carefully integrating these elements, we successfully created a serene sanctuary where functionality meets timeless design, reflecting our commitment to enhancing everyday living through thoughtful interior transformations.
