Our builder will provide an estimated build quote, while the designer will touch on design possibilities. This helps us create a preliminary quote covering both layout and design in a single consultation.

  • We meet at our Yeomans showroom in Eltham to start selecting essential elements for your bathroom, such as vanities, tiles, mirrors, baths, and tapware. With your vision and design brief in mind, we provide a revised build and product quote to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

  • Our build team kicks off the renovation by demolishing your existing space. Over the next few weeks, our project manager will coordinate with the trade team at each stage to ensure the project runs smoothly and stays on track. Products will be delivered to site, ready for installation by our skilled tradespeople.

  • Before finalising your bathroom renovation, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned. This final check allows us to review every detail, address any last finishing touches, and confirm that everything is in perfect condition.     We reworked a 3m x 1.2m ensuite to fit a toilet, vanity and generous shower seamlessly. In the main bathroom, the original layout was kept but elevated: the built-in bath was replaced with a freestanding and a compact 900×900 shower was opened up to a generous walk-in.

  • Yes, our experienced Builder and Interior Designer will be with you to ensure you are fully informed and consulted throughout your renovation journey.

  • This depends on the extent of the renovation. Once we have analysed your project our detailed estimate will give you definite start and end date so you know exactly how long it will take. Standard bathroom construction should take up to 3 - 4 weeks. We do advise to allow contingence for things ‘we can’t see.’

  • The cost of a bathroom renovation can vary based on structural changes, product selections, and the overall scope of work. That’s why we offer a free cost estimate—we’ll assess your space and provide a guide on potential build costs. Our team is here to walk you through the process, helping you understand your options and make informed decisions that align with your budget.

  • Yes. During the renovation process, your bathroom will be temporarily out of action. No worries though - if you only have one bathroom, we've got you covered with a temporary shower and toilet. And if you have more than one bathroom, we'll renovate them one at a time to save you from offsite accommodations.

  • Absolutely, all the necessary trades required for your renovation are organised by us, in fact, most work for us exclusively. So you only have to deal with our builders, Interior Designer Aaron and our trades people.

  • No. To maintain/manage our warranties, lead times, delivery control, quality of workmanship, documentation, after care, we keep this inhouse to keep it under control.

  • All of our work is securely backed by a full 10 year waterproofing guarantee, with 10 years structural and 2 year minor guarantees.

    We have an efficient after sales team and maintenance team who handle any of your queries quickly. One phone call to Steve or Aaron and any maintenance requirements are underway.

    Under our obligations and the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995. We provide you with domestic builders insurance for all works over $16,000 dollars – All so known as Builders Warranty Insurance.
