Terms & Conditions

Your project must be locked in with a 5% deposit of the build quote paid prior to end of business 23rd December 2026.

Customers will be eligible for a $250 Adairs voucher with a bathroom renovation, irrespective of total product and construction cost.

Customers are entitled to only 1 x $250 Adairs, irrespective of how many bathrooms are renovated in the project.

Customers will be eligible for a $500 House voucher with a kitchen, laundry or wardrobe renovation with a minimum spend of $5000 of cabinetry.

Customers are entitled to only 1 x $500 House voucher, irrespective of the total cabinetry cost or project.

If a customer is renovating a kitchen, laundry or wardrobe,  and one or more bathrooms, the customer is entitled to 1 x $500 House Voucher and 1 x $250 Adairs Voucher only.

The vouchers will be of a digital format.

Vouchers will only be issued once final stage of the build payment is made.

There will be one winner to receive 20% off all products. This will be drawn on the 5th of January 2027, and the customer will be contacted by phone and email on the day.

The winner of the 20% discount of all Yeomans product will also be eligible for the appropriate voucher.

The winner will also be published on the Yeomans Design Build website and Instagram page.

All recipients of vouchers and the winner of the 20% discount agree to have photos taken of receiving the vouchers and published on the Yeomans Design Build website and Instagram page.

Vouchers from Adairs and House will have appropriate expiry dates and are the responsibility of the customer to adhere to. Yeomans Design Build have no responsibility of managing or enforcing the terms and conditions of such vouchers.
