Kitchen

Character was at the heart of this transformation of a multi-level Greensborough home, where the original timber raked ceiling and slate flooring provided the perfect foundation for a contemporary kitchen with mid-century influence.

We embraced the home's existing features by retaining the original leadlight glass pendants and slate flooring, allowing the new design to feel seamlessly connected to its history.

Working within the existing footprint, we maximised every inch of space with full-height Florentine Walnut cabinetry, beautifully balanced by warm beige shaker-style doors and drawers. The result is a layered palette that feels both timeless and inviting.

Kitchen

Designed with everyday living in mind, this cook's kitchen is packed with thoughtful functionality, including an appliance cupboard for the coffee station, a pull-out corner cabinet, integrated bin drawers, an integrated dishwasher, bottle drawers, and push-to-open storage to the front of the island.

Open timber shelving, textured olive-green square mosaic tiles with burnt orange grout, and warm timber tones introduce a distinctive mid-century aesthetic, adding depth, texture and personality throughout. Gun metal in our tapware, oven and the fridge and concrete.  

Completing the space, Neolith Shilin porcelain benchtop in a Slate Finish, prefect pairing with the tones in the granite sink, provides a beautifully tactile surface with rich natural texture, tying together a kitchen that effortlessly balances modern functionality with enduring mid-century character.
