Our Eltham project began when our client discovered us on social media and fell in love with our Panton Hill project. Inspired by its timeless charm, she wanted to recreate a similar look in her own home but with her own personal touch.

From the very beginning, two design elements were non-negotiable: Carrara marble tiles and keeping the stained Ledlight window as the hero of the space. These features became the foundation for a design that blends heritage character with a modern twist.

The original bathroom felt dated and no longer suited the family’s needs. With three teenage children sharing the space, functionality and easy maintenance were key priorities. By removing the unused bathtub, we were able to open up the layout and create room for a 1500mm vanity, offering more storage and practicality for daily use.

We continued the Carrara marble tiles across both the floor and walls, giving the room a seamless and luxurious flow. Gold tapware and a swivel mirror in a heritage style add warmth and elegance, while large-format tiles and an all-in-one moulded basin keeps cleaning effortless.

The result is a bathroom that feels modern yet timeless, celebrating the beauty of the Ledlight window while providing a functional, family-friendly layout. A perfect balance of classic design and everyday practicality.
